2. Age Requirement

You must be of legal age to purchase vaping products in your jurisdiction (minimum 18 years in most EU countries, 21 in some regions). By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and are purchasing for business/resale purposes.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 10 pieces per product
• Bulk pricing is automatically applied based on quantity tiers
• Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable EU VAT where required
• We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice; confirmed orders will not be affected
• Mixed flavor combinations are allowed within MOQ orders

4. Payment

• We accept PayPal and bank transfer for wholesale orders
• Payment must be received before shipment
• All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption
• For custom orders or large quantities, contact us for payment arrangements

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on orders of €100 or more
• Flat rate €5.99 shipping on orders under €100
• Standard EU delivery: 3-5 business days from our EU warehouse
• Tracking information provided for all shipments
• Shipping delays due to customs or carrier issues are beyond our control

6. Returns & Refunds

• Defective products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund
• Products must be in original, unopened packaging for returns
• Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of any damaged goods upon receipt
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving returned items
• Non-defective returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%

9. Limitation of Liability
