Defective Products

- We cover return shipping costs for defective items
Non-Defective Returns
- 15% restocking fee applies
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
- Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving the return
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number
- Provide photos/video of the issue (for defective items)
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the items back with the RMA number clearly marked
