Do you ship across Europe?
Yes, we ship from our EU warehouse to all EU member states. Western Europe delivery takes 3-5 business days, Eastern Europe 5-7 days. Free shipping on orders over €100 (across Europe).
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through our logistics partner's website in real-time.
Do you ship to Japan?
Yes, we ship to Japan with delivery in 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, and credit cards. For large orders, we recommend bank transfer for the most favorable rates.

What is your return policy?

Are your products TPD compliant?
All products we sell comply with the EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD 2014/40/EU). This includes the 20mg/ml nicotine limit, 2ml tank capacity for refillable devices, and proper labeling requirements.
